Job Summary

The Diagnostic Imaging Registration Representative is responsible for registering outpatient services. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Required Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED
• Typing skills: 25 wpm accuracy required, verified via pre-employment testing
• Data entry skills
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced work environment
• Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication, organization, customer service, and public relations skills
• At least 6 months relevant experience required, preferably in Admitting and/or Diagnostic Imaging department

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some college course work
• Medical terminology strongly preferred
• Knowledge of insurance plans and anatomy
