Job Summary
The Nursing Unit Supervisor will provide leadership, generate decisions and set goals to assure that the PSA / PACU meets and exceeds the standards of care defined for the patient population. This position is approximately 80% clinical with hands on patient care and charge nurse duties and approximately 20% administrative Assistant Nurse Manager duties.

Required Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
• BLS certification
• Charge Nurse experience
• At least three years of clinical RN experience
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
• Solid organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors of Science or Masters in Nursing
• PACU or ICU experience strongly preferred
• At least one year of previous management experience
• ACLS certification
