Job Summary
The Clinical Coordinator will provide leadership, generate decisions and set goals to assure that the unit meets and exceeds the standards of care defined for the patient population.

Required Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
• BLS certification
• Charge Nurse experience
• Prior experience in a Telemetry Unit
• At least one year of previous supervisory/management experience
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
• Solid organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
• The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Exceptional customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN
• ACLS certification
• At least three years current Telemetry experience
• EKG interpretation skills
• Experience working as a preceptor with new nurses
